Currently
working as freelance camera crew for BBC World, Asia Today programme,
Bangladesh portion. Previously, I was executing my work as a producer
of documentary films and photojournalist at Drik Picture Library
Ltd. Worked in Norway as photographer, videographer and for digitally
archiving pictures for the online picture library Majorityworld.
Organized and given classes on Bangladesh’s first workshop
on laptop editing and transferring video files via laptop. Has
given classes on experimental photography to ‘Out of Focus’
group, http://www.drik.net/focus/outoffocus.htm.

I was official photographer of ‘Images of Asia’, the
biggest cultural festival in the world of the year 2003. The festival
was held in different places of Denmark and more than 200 online
digital image that I have taken are showcased on the internet

1.Shakharibazaar – ongoing project
(Hindu street in Dhaka where no Muslim family lives and the densest
populated in the world. Shakhari’s the conch shell bangle
makers are living in that same place for the past 450 years. It’s
a place where artists born and die like tree leaves without getting
noticed. I am portraying their daily life, family and religious
values and the tensions behind leaving this family inherited art).
